Terms
These terms govern the use of AlertaTCG (website, Telegram group and bot) and the Premium subscription. The service is provided by the owner listed in the legal notice. This is a translation; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
What the service is
AlertaTCG checks public information on online stores and alerts you to changes in stock, price and pre-orders of collectible card products. We don't sell products or take part in purchases. We can't guarantee a product will still be available when you reach the store, or that we detect every restock.
Plans
- Free: website, Telegram group and up to 5 alerts in the bot, 20 minutes late.
- Premium: alerts without delay and unlimited watches. By card on the website for €2.99/month or €24.99/year, VAT included.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel any time: by card, in My account. After cancelling you keep Premium until the end of the paid period and won't be charged again.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract. By paying you expressly agree that the service starts immediately and acknowledge that, as a digital service provided from the first moment, you lose that right once it has started. If something goes wrong, email hola@alertatcg.es and we'll look into it.
Acceptable use
You may not resell the alerts, automate purchases from them or use the service to harm stores. We may suspend accounts that do.
Changes
If we change the price or these terms, we'll announce it in the bot at least 15 days in advance. You can cancel before they apply.
